On a quiet afternoon in her rooftop garden, Nola meets Bobo, a little cloud learning to make rain. Bobo hiccups, and its only drop bounces away. Puffing harder just makes wind. Nola checks the soil, sees that it is dry and decides the garden needs a gentle drink, not a bigger puff. With small, slow puffs, a soft shower falls right above the flower, and a drop soaks down to the roots.
